In January 2025, The Explorium Brewpub family grew by taking over the former Good City Brewing locations. At that time we formed The Explorium Hospitality Group and created The Explorium  Brewpub Wauwatosa. Our newest brewpub is located in the  Mayfair Collection on Burleigh and Interstate 41. We proudly serve fresh, local beer, craft cocktails, and scratch-made food—including gluten-friendly options. Guests can enjoy our dog-friendly patio and outdoor space, perfect for sunny afternoons and warm evenings. 

Inside, two versatile event spaces make it easy to host everything from casual get-togethers to large celebrations. With live music and community events happening regularly, there’s always something new to experience. With something for everyone, it’s your new favorite gathering spot—come explore everything we have to offer!
