We proudly opened The Explorium Brewpub Third Ward in September 2020, in the historic Pritzlaff Hardware Building in Milwaukee's Third Ward. Since September 2020 we've been serving up exceptional cocktails, house-made beers, and fine craft cuisine in an amazing space that is a can't miss Milwaukee stop. We're located just a quick walk across the Saint Paul Avenue bridge from the Public Market in the Third Ward, in downtown Milwaukee. Our Third Ward brewery produces about 800 barrels of beer annually and is the home of our sour beer program. The brewery features a 10-barrel brewhouse, six 10-barrel fermenters, two 10-barrel lagering tanks, and two 10-barrel foeders. In the cellar, you'll find cold storage with 16 beer-brite tanks and our sour barrel-aged beer collection—a fascinating highlight on our tours.

Our whiskey and bourbon selection is the largest in the city and we've priced our pours to be reasonable and approachable. Whether you’re here for the whiskey collection, craft beer, killer craft cocktails, the food, or the experience, The Explorium Brewpub Third Ward is a must-visit destination!
