The Explorium Brewpub Greendale is the original Explorium, and continues to be a cornerstone of the Explorium brand and our community. This brewpub is our primary brewery and production facility.

Located in Southridge Mall, Greendale, this brewery boasts an impressive production capacity of approximately 1,800 barrels of beer produced annually. With at least 24 beers on tap at all times, there’s always something to suit every palate, whether you're a seasoned beer enthusiast or just starting your craft beer journey.

But it’s not only about the beer! Our Greendale brewpub features a full kitchen serving up delicious meals to complement your drink of choice. For those who prefer spirits, we offer an outstanding selection of whiskey, bourbon, and liquor, alongside a creative cocktail program that’s sure to impress.
