In January 2025, Good City Brewing joined the Explorium family to form the Explorium Hospitality Group. Now named Explorium Wauwatosa, our newest brewpub is located in the heart of the Mayfair Collection. We proudly serve fresh, local beer, craft cocktails, and scratch-made food—including gluten-friendly options. Guests can enjoy our dog-friendly patio and outdoor space, perfect for sunny afternoons and warm evenings.
