Our Fall Beer Dinner has evolved!

Welcome to the 2026 Explore the Pour: A Fall Pairing Dinner. An eclectic reimagining of familiar dishes and Explorium classics rebuilt into something unexpected. This is a five course dinner with beer, wine, and spirit pairings built into the menu.
Beer pairings are being carefully curated by Chef Nick Scheeler, wine pairings by our consulting Advanced Sommelier Pat Scalise, and our spirit pairing by none other than our Proprietors Mike and Joan Doble.
You will be received and checked in starting at 6pm. Seats will be assigned, so please let us know if you have a seating preference. A call to seats will be made at 6:30pm with dinner starting promptly after.
The fine print: Mug Club members are welcome to buy two tickets at Mug Club prices. Lifetime Mug Club members will may grab two complimentary tickets. Otherwise the Public ticket price applies.
